Egg Noodles

Note:  - Homemade noodles will have a firmer texture than store bought.

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
3 Egg Yolks
  •   Beat egg yolks, salt and cold water
  •   Stir in flour
  •   Knead until dough is smooth and elastic
  •   Roll out on floured surface to about 1/8" thick and cut into strips
  •   Cook in boiling water about 10 minutes
  Salt
1/4 C Cold Water
  Boiling Water
