Pat is a well recognized business
consultant and speaker specializing in profitability
issues, systems and solutions. Her skills and resource
information are a foundation for the growth and
development of the companies she has served with
tangible bottom line results.
She specializes in building operationally
sound business structures with profitable results.
Significant attention is always applied to the human
elements and variables that will impact success. Her
experiences in the industry initiated in real estate
sales in Houston, TX in late 1976. As a young novice to
the business world, challenges and hurdles that others
felt near insurmountable, became the opportunities in
which Pat’s business practice thrived. She became the
top producer in four out of four companies in three
different parts of the United States over an eleven-year
production period utilizing strong analytic skills,
cutting edge technologies and managing the systems which
allowed her a leadership position in the industry.
During that time she additionally wore
many hats in the companies she affiliated with from top
producer to recruiter, manager, and relocation
specialist in addition to simultaneously initiating and
growing three companies. Her production activities were
well rounded in not only residential real estate but
additionally commercial, leasing and property
management.
In 1986, several Franchisors sought Pat’s
expertise. Following discussions, she served as a staff
resource with broker services and business development
responsibilities primarily on the east coast from
Connecticut through Virginia for eight years and later
through the Midwest and portions of the southwest. Her
service included consulting with over 1200 companies,
development of key operational systems and
implementations in addition to work on two International
task forces.
Soltys has also served as Chief Operating
Officer for a diverse holding company which included
real estate companies, developments and many other real
estate related companies and in key business development
and consulting roles for technology companies from SAP
and other business systems to consumer products. The
over three hundred companies she has touched through
technology consulting range from start up companies to
companies listed on the global 1000.
There are over 100 publications, seminars
and tools to her credit including The Commission Plan
Workbook, Productivity and Profit through Leads
Management, Real Estate Automation: An
Intelligent Approach, and Communications.
She has also served on several national task forces with
a focus on technology and business and worked with high
tech companies in solutions and marketing.
Pat is currently fully engaged with
work through Prudential (PREA) and not taking other
