Coconut Pecan Frosting
From Jeanette's Recipe Cards

Usually used for German Chocolate Cake.

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
1 C Evaporated Milk
  •   Combine first five ingredients in saucepan
  •   Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened
  •   Add coconut and pecans
  •   Beat until thick enough to spread.
1 C Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1/4 lb Margarine
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/3 C Coconut
1 C Chopped Pecans
