    -   Thaw broccoli and layer in the bottom of a 13 by 9

    -   Spread chicken over broccoli
 
    -   Layer slices of cheese over chicken
 
    -   In a bowl, mix soup and mayonnaise and pour over 
    cheese 
 
    -  Top with water chestnuts
 
    -  Cover with foil
 
    -  Bake at 40 minutes at 350 degrees 
 
    -  Uncover and top with onion rings and bake another 
    20 minutes.
