She serves this with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. |

1/2" Thick Pork
Chops or Pork Steaks |
- Preheat broiler
- Cook onions in butter over medium heat until
lightly browned. and set aside
- Sprinkle spices on each slide of pork chops
- Broil pork chops for 5 minutes on each side.
(longer if thicker)
- Mix sour cream and kraut together
- Add some paprika for color
- Warm to room temperature in the microwave but
don't let it get hot enough to cook the kraut.
- Serve pork chops on a plate with the kraut dip and
onions on the side.
