Quiche II
 

 

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
6 eggs
  •   Brown bacon and drain.
  •   Sauté onions in some of the bacon fat.
  •   Beat eggs
  •   Add onions, cheese, onion salt and cream
  •   Add crumbled bacon
  •   Pour into pie shell
  •   Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes
1/2 C Chopped green onions
1 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese
8 slices Bacon
1 pt Cream (half and half)
  Pie Shell
