A friend from work, Lisa Fontana shared this
recipe. Looks like it would be good for a cold winter day. She
uses a variety of cheeses. |

Medium Shells,
cooked and drained |
- Mix all ingredients except one cup of cheese in a
crock pot.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over top
- Cook on low for three hours
- Do not remove lid or stir until ready to eat.
