    -   Melt butter over low heat
 
    -   Add sugar and water
 
    -   Slowly add dry milk
 
    -   Almost immediately after finishing adding milk, 
	add nuts and almond extract
 
    -   Pour onto buttered platter
 
    -   Cut into small pieces
