- Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces in double
boiler, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat
- Stir in oats and peanuts
- Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper
- Chill

Options:
- Substitute an additional 6 oz package butterscotch
pieces for chocolate pieces. Add 1/4 C peanut butter, melt with
butterscotch and proceed.
- Substitute 1 Cup Shoestring potatoes for peanuts
- Substitute 1 C chopped nuts for peanuts.
