Meatball Mixture |
- For Meatballs
- Make meatballs first.
- Combine meat, oats, catsup, salt, chili powder,
and pepper
- Shape into small balls
- Brown meatballs and onion in shortening.
- Drain
- Stir in kidney beans
- Cover and let stand 10 min.
- For Salad
- Combine lettuce, cheese, corn chips, tomatoes and
avocado.
- Reserve several avocado slices ad tomato wedges
for garnish.
- Add meatball mixture and dressing
- Toss lightly
- Garnish with remaining tomatoes and avocados/
