"An English Holiday"

Lemon |
- Remove rind from lemon and set aside
- Combine lemon rind, garlic, salt and water in a
large Dutch oven and bring to a boil for 5 minutes
- Add cauliflower and broccoli florets and boil
about
5 minutes until vegetables are tender
- Drain vegetables, discard lemon rind and garlic
- Rinse under running water
- Arrange vegetables on a platter in rings and put
the tomatoes in the center
- Make dressing by combining mayonnaise, lemon
juice and mustard in a small bowl, stir well
- Cover and chill
- Serve dressing with salad
