(optional) |
- In a bowl, mix together beets, oranges, jicama and
pineapple.
- Refrigerate to chill thoroughly
- Line a salad bowl or platter with shredded
lettuce.
- Mix bananas into fruit mixture
- Place on lettuce and garnish with peanuts and
pomegranate seeds.
