"South of the Border"

Large Tomatoes,
seeded and chopped |
- Combine chopped tomato, jalapeno pepper, lemon
juice, cilantro. salt and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring gently
- Cover and chill at least 6 hours
- Just before serving, peel and chop avocados and
add to tomato mixture.
