Oatmeal Cookies
Perhaps Mark's favorite cookie.
Soft, cake like, great with coffee or milk.

Brown Sugar |
- Cream sugar and shortening
- Beat eggs and milk together and mix in.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves,
and salt.
- Add oatmeal, nuts and raisins
- Add flour
- Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 400degrees until firm and brown around
edges. No fingerprint should remain when touched.
