Onion, chopped |
- Cook onion in butter until tender
- Add broth, lemon juice and garlic powder
- Bring to a boil
- Stir in rice
- Return to a broil
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Stir in green beans, almonds and dill
- Cover and let stand 5 minutes
