Pumpkin Bread

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
2 Eggs
  •   Beat eggs
  •   Add sugar and beat until mixed
  •   Add oil, water, and pumpkin
  •   Mix well
  •   Mix together dry ingredients in another bowl
  •   Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well
  •   Pour into loaf pan lined with wax paper
  •   Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes
1 1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Cooking Oil
1 C Cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 3/4 C Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
