Zucchini Bread
Great flavor

 

Quantity Ingredients Preparation Notes
3 Cups Flour
  •   In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
  •   In another bowl, beat eggs and oil
  •   Add vanilla to egg mixture
  •   Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened
  •  Turn into greased loaf pan
  •  Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  •  Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out onto a rack top side up to cool completely.
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Raisins
3 Eggs
1 Cup Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
